Clarity over jargon
If we can't explain in one sentence what something is for, you don't need it. Nobody here is going to talk to you about «synergies» or «disruptive transformation».
Matic Project is an artificial intelligence studio. We work with few clients at a time so we can properly get inside every project.
Matic Project comes from a fairly simple idea: most businesses don't need more technology, they need the right technology. They get sold software nobody ends up using, campaigns nobody measures and, lately, «artificial intelligence» without anyone explaining what for, exactly.
We work the other way round. Before proposing anything, we understand what is costing you time or money: the messages you can't answer, the website that doesn't convert, the appointments you write down by hand, the content you haven't published for three months. Only then do we decide what to build, and only at the end do we talk about tools.
Artificial intelligence lets us do in days what used to take weeks, and that shows in the price and in the deadlines. But it doesn't replace judgement: everything that leaves here —every text, every image, every bot answer— is reviewed by a person before it reaches your customers.
We are not a big agency and we don't intend to be. We would rather run few projects and answer the phone.

You know exactly what you are going to pay before we start. If the scope changes halfway through, we talk about it and sign it off; it never shows up on the invoice as a surprise.
Domain, code, accounts, copy and images stay in your name. We don't create artificial dependencies to lock in a monthly fee.
If we think a project won't pay off for you, or that what you are asking for can be solved with something far cheaper, we say so. Losing a sale is cheaper than losing a reputation.
The same process for every project, big or small.
A thirty-minute call. We want to understand your business and what is holding you back, not sell you a packaged deal.
Scope, deadline and price in writing before we start. If we think you don't need it, we say so: we care more about the project than the invoice.
We work in deliveries: you see real progress every few days and we adjust as we go, not at the end when there is no room left.
We hand everything over working and teach you how to use it. What we create is yours: domain, code, accounts and content.
We choose the tool based on the problem, not the other way round. These are the ones that come up most in our projects.
The best way to find out is a thirty-minute conversation. No sales deck and no commitment.
